Privacy

This site collects very little. This page says exactly what, why, and how to have it removed. Last updated October 21, 2026.

What does this site collect?

Nothing through the site itself. There are no forms, no accounts and no newsletter.

The site is hosted by Render, which may record standard request details (your IP address, your browser and the page you asked for) in its server logs. Render keeps those logs for 7 to 30 days, depending on the hosting plan. I use them only to keep the site running and secure.

Does this site use cookies or tracking?

No. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts, images and the sample reports are served from this site, so browsing it doesn't send your information to Google or anyone else.

Links to LinkedIn and StockDataAnalytics take you to other sites with their own privacy policies.

What happens when I email you or book a call?

If you email rene@prismoradata.com, I receive your name, your email address and whatever you write. My email runs on a mail server I operate myself, hosted by Linode (part of Akamai).

If you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, your email address, the time you choose and your answer to the booking question. The meeting is added to my Google Calendar, and the call runs on Google Meet. Cal.com's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy explain how they handle that information.

Who else sees my information?

Only the services named on this page, and only to do their part: Render hosts the site, Linode hosts my email, Cal.com handles bookings and Google provides my calendar and video calls. I never sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long do you keep it?

If we don't end up working together, I delete your emails and booking details after about three months. If we do work together, I keep our correspondence for as long as the engagement and my business records require.

How can I see, change or delete my information?

Email rene@prismoradata.com and tell me what you'd like. I reply within one business day and confirm once it's done.

How do you respond to Do Not Track signals?

This site doesn't track you across other websites, so a Do Not Track signal doesn't change anything here.

Who is responsible for this site?

Prismora Data LLC, an Illinois limited liability company based in Park Ridge, Illinois. You can reach me at rene@prismoradata.com. When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.

Show me the system you're stuck with.

A 30-minute call is enough to tell whether I can help. I reply to every inquiry within one business day.
